Time Management with Toggl
Why time management is required?
The company judges your productivity not with how long you worked in the office but how much you spent time on each project.
Generally speaking, the shorter the better when you complete your task in a project.
The time you spent for each project is calculated and this will be used for profit sharing and evaluation of your productivity.
If you do not report your time, your working hour is regarded as idle time. Even if you forget to log the time, you can input manually on Toggl dashbord at https://toggl.com/app/timer Requirements
Be sure to log your time with Toggl whenever you start a task.
If a task is not assigned, create it by yourself on Asana and start Toggl.
You can repeat your task on Toggl easily. Simply click the right arrow of a recorded task.
Make sure to set a task under a project. If you cannot find a project, copy the project from Project Master https://airtable.com/tbl4wQUWSuu9kxhXn/viw3cszVYfQLh0oKi and create a task on Toggl. Usually, the task on Toggl is created automatically when you create a project on Airtable. Ex1: Working with Asana
